We all want our children to have fun and sometimes we also like it when we can sit back and watch them in the knowledge that they are in a safe environment and not turning the house upside down.Clown Around Play Centre, Clown Around Bear Hut and Clown Around’s Play Bus allow you to do just that.
Established in October 2003 by Debbie Scott, Clown Around has become one of the most successful play centres in the region, with 1000s of children having come through it doors.
The customer service is second to none with regular undertaking of staff training. We also annually have a ROSPA inspection to keep us on our toes!
Children can have hours of fun while parents or minders can relax while enjoying some of the delicious coffees and food from the café. There is even a quiet area upstairs for those wanting to watch the TV, read the papers or browse the Internet.
Over the years Debbie has grown her business with the help of her staff to allow more children to enjoy her home grown Clown Around entertainment services.
She quickly came to realise that the best way to do so would be to have more than one party venue for the children, Clown Around Play Bus was launched which proved a great success and later the Clown Around Bear Hut. Debbie could not resist the bears on a visit to the States.
As well as catering for birthday parties, all 3 offer a unique experience for children and adults too!
Cafe - Toasted panini are our specialty, together with our fantastically good real Italian coffee. As well as keeping your stomach happy, Lounge Around also tries to keep you entertained: we have free internet access, free newspapers and magazines, as well as a large flat-screen television to keep up with the latest news.
Facilities - Good clean facilities, ideal for a family fun day out. With great innovative activities sure to keep the kids and adults amused for hours.
Admission - With admission starting at £3.75 per child with a discount of 10% being offered with a membership card you can't go wrong. Excellent value.
